The Role
You will act as the main point of contact between the contractor, site teams, housing association and tenants throughout the programme of works.
Responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with tenants before, during and after works are completed.
* Carrying out pre-start and pre-entry visits.
* Explaining planned works, timescales and potential disruption to residents.
* Arranging access and appointments with tenants.
* Dealing with tenant queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
* Identifying vulnerable residents and escalating any concerns where appropriate.
* Maintaining accurate records of tenant contact and appointments.
* Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback.
* Attending resident meetings and community engagement events where required.
* Supporting the site team in resolving issues that could delay the programme.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer.
* Experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or construction is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident dealing with tenants and resolving difficult or sensitive situations.
* Strong organisational and administration skills.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
