How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Change Analyst - NHS

    Location: London
    Contract: Until March 2027
    Rate/Salary: £450 per day (inside of IR35)
    Working Pattern: Hybrid

    About the Role:

    Our client is a leading consultancy supporting a large NHS Trust with a range of transformation digital programmes. They are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join the team and support the successful delivery, implementation and adoption of a portfolio of patient-facing digital services.
    This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of NHS digital transformation, helping clinical teams and patients successfully adopt new technologies and ways of working.
    The role will focus on understanding the impact of digital change across the Trust, engaging with stakeholders and clinical services, and supporting solutions from initial concept through to implementation, go-live and benefits realisation.

    The Digital Portfolio

    The role will support a diverse portfolio of patient-facing digital solutions, including:

    Personal Health Records and Patient Engagement Platforms
    Telephony and switchboard services
    Personalised Care and Support Planning
    Virtual health and remote monitoring services
    Patient communications, messaging and PROMs platforms
    Online and virtual consultation platforms
    The NHS App
    Other emerging patient-facing digital technologies

    Key Responsibilities

    As Change Analyst, you will:

    Lead and support change activity from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation
    Work closely with clinical, operational and digital stakeholders to understand requirements, impacts and readiness for change
    Undertake current state and future state process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
    Support the design and development of prototypes and future ways of working
    Coordinate and support user acceptance testing and user testing
    Develop change and implementation plans to support successful adoption
    Support training, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
    Provide floor-walking and go-live support to users and clinical teams
    Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and barriers to adoption
    Ensure appropriate governance requirements are identified, documented and progressed for approval
    Monitor delivery against,baseline metrics and benefits realisation measures
    Produce progress updates and benefits realisation reporting for relevant stakeholders
    Help ensure that new digital solutions deliver the intended improvements to patient and staff experience

    About You

    We are looking for a Change Analyst with experience of delivering change within a NHS environment.
    You will ideally have:

    Proven experience working in a business change or change analysis role in a NHS environment (Essential)
    Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of digital technology
    Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    Experience working with clinical and/or operational teams
    Experience of process mapping and business process improvement
    Experience supporting user testing, implementation and go-live activities
    An understanding of change management methodologies and approaches
    Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology providers
    The ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical change activities
    Experience working with KPIs, baseline measures and benefits realisation
    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

    NHS Experience in a Change role is essential due to the nature of the projects.
