How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

JRRL are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence for our client. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with significant ownership of paid social campaigns. You will develop and execute social strategies, from content creation to audience targeting, lead generation, optimisation, and reporting.

You should have proven experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets, especially across Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance analysis to enhance ROI. In addition to paid campaigns, you will oversee organic content strategies, manage photography and video production, and ensure both brands maintain a refined and compelling digital identity.

This role is ideal for someone operating at a senior level who is results-oriented, creative, and strategic — not suitable for entry-level or purely content-focused applicants.

Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager

    Social Media Strategy & Delivery
Develop and implement social media strategies for both brands
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and channel oversight on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Lead organic and paid social campaigns aligned with brand and commercial goals
Create content calendars and campaign plans tailored to each brand and Residence
Uphold brand standards for visual identity and tone of voice
    Paid Social & Performance Management
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns primarily across Meta platforms
Manage budgets and optimise campaigns for lead generation, CPL, conversions, and ROI
Develop audience segmentation, prospecting, and retargeting strategies
Test creative elements, messaging, and audiences to improve results
Leverage CRM and lead data to understand quality and customer journey
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
    Content & Community Engagement
Plan, produce, and edit photography, video, and graphic content
    Maintain a structured content calendar
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, and agencies
Identify engaging stories from Residences and turn them into compelling content
Manage community interactions and collaborations with influencers and creators
    Reporting & Collaboration
Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Analyse both organic and paid campaign results
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams, senior stakeholders, agencies, and external partners
Essential Skills & Experience for the Social Media Manager

Extensive experience in social media management within luxury, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Proven hands-on expertise with paid social campaigns, especially Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing media budgets and optimising for lead and revenue generation
Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Skilled in social analytics and performance data interpretation
Creative flair with experience producing high-quality photography, video, and graphics
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, managing stakeholders effectively
    Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven
If you're a strategic, creative social media professional looking to make an impact within a prestigious brand, we would love to hear from you
