- Supporting multiple Financial Planners and their client portfolios
- Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings efficiently
- Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation under tight deadlines
- Processing new business applications and liaising with providers
- Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems
- Proactive client communication to progress cases at pace
