How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Resident Liaison Officer

    Location: Grimsby, with occasional travel to Boston
    Salary: £28,000-£30,000
    Contract: Long-term temporary
    Hours: Full-time

    We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property services organisation looking to appoint two Customer Liaison Officers to support its team in Grimsby.

    You will act as the main point of contact for customers while works are taking place, ensuring they are kept fully informed and receive a professional and supportive service throughout. This is a varied role requiring strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Acting as the main link between customers, site teams and contractors
    Keeping customers informed before, during and after works
    Arranging appointments and access to properties
    Responding to queries and resolving concerns professionally
    Supporting customers with any additional requirements
    Maintaining accurate records of customer contact and feedback
    Working closely with operational teams to provide regular updates
    Occasionally travelling to sites in Boston

    What We're Looking For

    Previous Customer Liaison Officer experience would be advantageous but is not essential
    Experience in a customer-facing, resident liaison, housing or property services role would be beneficial
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    A professional and approachable manner
    Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
    Confidence dealing with queries and resolving concerns
    A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
    Business-use motor insurance, due to travel requirementsThis is an excellent long-term opportunity for an experienced liaison professional or someone with strong transferable customer service skills looking to develop their experience within property services.
