How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a Finance Data Administrator on a 9-month fixed-term contract in London, you'll play a key role in supporting a financial project within the business. By providing insightful analysis and partnering with stakeholders, you'll help drive effective financial planning and performance management.

    This role is with a company in the financial services industry based in London.

    Description

    Maintain, review, and cleanse customer and engagement Accounts Reveivable data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
    Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide guidance on data requirements, ensuring all information is recorded correctly to support a seamless invoicing process.
    Support the Accounts Receivable function with the preparation, generation, and processing of client invoices.
    Monitor outstanding balances and assist with payment collection activities, including client follow-up and query resolution.
    Conduct regular validation checks on both live and migrated data to ensure ongoing integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
    Identify, investigate, and escalate data discrepancies or process issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
    Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, user testing, and data quality projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
    Provide general support across finance and business operations teams as required, assisting with ad hoc projects and business-critical activities.Profile

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
