The Role

You'll play a key role within the litigation team, managing a varied caseload while delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.

Your work will include:

Managing property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, and contractual property issues
Handling contentious probate matters and estate disputes
Advising clients across a range of wider litigation matters
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements
Conducting legal research and developing effective case strategies
Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

Qualified Solicitor status with experience in Property Litigation and Contentious Probate
Exposure to a broad range of litigation matters
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience using legal research and case management systems
A client-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
