We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established luxury jewellery and watches brand in Belfast.
You don't need to have a background in jewellery or watches. We're also keen to hear from candidates with experience across premium fashion, beauty, fragrance, accessories or other customer-focused retail environments.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer, while supporting the store in achieving its sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing friendly and personalised customer service.

Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.
*
Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
*
Learning about the jewellery and watch collections to confidently advise customers.
*
Handling customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
*
Keeping the boutique looking welcoming and well presented.
*
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver a great customer experience.
About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
Jewellery and watch experience isn't essential - we're more interested in your sales ability, customer service skills and personality.
