Key Skills: -
Manage HR administration processes - recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee changes, leavers, and internal HR procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
Ensure all HR documentation is compliant, approved, and securely stored.
Respond to operational HR queries from managers and employees.
Process HR requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure HR activities comply with UK employment law, company policies, and data protection requirements.
Support HR audits, compliance and the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Collect, maintain, and analyse HR data – producing regular reports as requested by management
Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation for investigations and formal meetings.
Support Lead HR Advisors with case management, compliance documentation and guidance to managers.
Assist with HR communications, training materials, and initiatives.
Provide support for HR projects Skills and Experience: -
CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
Previous experience in HR administration or a generalist HR support role is essential.
An understanding of UK employment law, HR compliance, and HR systems.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Participate in mandatory training and professional development activities to maintain and develop your HR knowledge and skills
