How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Profile:

This role is primarily focused on coordinating and driving the system implementation process for the creation, adjustment, and maintenance of part numbers and associated system records. The successful candidate should be highly organised, process-oriented, and confident managing detailed workflows that require accuracy, follow-up, and coordination across multiple teams. They should be comfortable working within structured approval processes, gathering the right inputs from stakeholders, chasing actions to completion, and ensuring that part setup and changes are completed correctly and on time. In addition, the individual should be able to support wider Product Management processes, but the core of the role is ownership and coordination of this key systems and process activity.

    Key responsibilities

EPIC / EBS (Ecolab internal systems) process ownership and coordination – Take primary responsibility for coordinating the end-to-end process for setting up new part numbers, adjusting existing part numbers, and maintaining associated records and changes across the relevant systems and workflows. This includes managing requests, gathering required information, ensuring submissions are complete, tracking approvals, following progress across the EPIC, and EBS processes, and working with the relevant teams to resolve issues or gaps that may delay completion. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, persistence, and process discipline to ensure that part setup and amendments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business needs.

Product Management workflow support – Provide secondary support to the Product Management team in coordinating activities and keeping projects organised. This includes helping to track agreed actions, following up with contributors, ensuring required documentation and inputs are completed on time, and maintaining clear visibility of outstanding items so work continues to progress efficiently.

    Skills and experience required

Strong process coordination skills, with the ability to manage detailed workflows, approvals, and multiple hand-offs across systems and functions.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when setting up or amending part numbers, maintaining records, and ensuring information is accurate and complete.

Experience working with business systems, ideally including ERP or related platforms such as SAP, and confidence navigating structured system and approval processes.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and follow up actions diplomatically but persistently.

Ability to take ownership of requests from initiation through to completion, ensuring that actions are progressed and closed out in a timely manner.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to request information, clarify requirements, and keep stakeholders informed on status and next steps.

A structured, dependable, and proactive working style, with the resilience to manage repetitive but business-critical processes consistently and accurately.

Experience supporting Product Management, operations, supply chain, or change control workflows would be advantageous, particularly where part setup or system change processes are involved.
