Responsibilities
* Supervise park staff, including rangers, maintenance crews, and security personnel, ensuring efficient team performance
* Oversee daily park operations, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and supplies
* Monitor visitor activities to enforce park rules and ensure safety compliance
* Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation related to park activities
* Assist with event planning and community outreach initiatives to promote park usage
* Conduct regular inspections of park grounds, pathways, and facilities to identify maintenance needs
* Maintain open communication with visitors, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
* Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability practices
Requirements
* Proven experience in park management, facilities supervision, or related roles
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with visitors, staff, and external partners
* Mechanical knowledge relevant to maintaining park equipment and infrastructure
* Experience with commercial driving and operating vehicles such as vans or flatbed trucks
* Warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is advantageous
* Valid driving license with experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred
* Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor recreation areas and public spaces
