The Senior Building Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a well-established regional team, working across a varied portfolio of projects throughout Southampton, Hampshire and the wider South Coast.
You'll be joining a business with an extensive national platform, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider Building Consultancy team, while developing your own client relationships and workload.
As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering a mix of professional and project-based instructions, including building surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis and contract administration.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who wants the variety and resources of a large consultancy, while still having the opportunity to develop their own career and client relationships within an established regional team.
The Senior Building Surveyors Requirements
A degree in Building Surveying
Ideally MRICS
Strong Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
Experience across a broad range of professional and/or project-based services
Commercially aware and able to manage your own workload
Ambitious, proactive and client-focused
Strong team player with a collaborative approachWhat's on offer?
