Talented People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Billingshurst.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of the manufacturing team, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Your duties will include:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
* Filling, labelling and packaging products
* Carrying out quality control checks throughout production
* Reporting machinery faults or production issues
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Keeping production areas clean, tidy and organised
* Moving stock and materials around the production area
* Supporting with general production and warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly or warehousing would be beneficial.
* You will need to have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
