We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, family-run business in Long Buckby.
This is a varied role working both indoors and outdoors, operating machinery, carrying out quality checks and supporting the wider production operation.
The Role
Your duties will include:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery
* Carrying out regular quality checks
* Adjusting machinery settings via PLC panels
* Assisting with machinery changeovers and minor maintenance
* Completing basic production paperwork
* Keeping the plant clean and tidy
* Supporting yard and outdoor production activities
* Working closely with the Quality, Yard and Logistics teams
