Bamford Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator for an immediate short-term contract working across Warrington, Liverpool and Stoke-on-Trent.
The work will be carried out in tenanted and occupied properties, including bathrooms and general internal painting and decorating.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable Painter & Decorator looking for immediate temporary work.
Painter & Decorator Duties
Painting and decorating within occupied and tenanted properties
Bathroom painting and redecoration
General internal painting and finishing
Surface preparation and making good
Ensuring a high-quality finish
Working neatly and professionally in customers' homes
Travelling between properties across Warrington, Liverpool and Stoke-on-Trent
Providing good customer service when dealing with tenants
Painter & Decorator Requirements
Previous experience working as a Painter & Decorator
Experience in social housing, property maintenance or reactive maintenance is highly desirable
Experience working in occupied or tenanted properties
Good attention to detail and high standard of workmanship
Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
Own tools and decorating equipment
Own dust sheets, paint trays and associated painting equipment
Reliable and able to work independently
Tidy and professional – leaving properties clean and presentable
Good communication and customer service skills
Pay & Hours
£22.00 per hour
Temporary contract – approximately 1–2 weeks
Work available across Warrington, Liverpool and Stoke-on-Trent.
