Plasterer - Multi Trade

Location: Mansfield Area
Rate: Up to £27.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Ongoing Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plasterer to join a busy repairs and maintenance team delivering work within occupied social housing properties across the Mansfield area. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, with the potential to secure a permanent employed position for the right candidate.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied properties, with a primary focus on plastering duties. In addition, you'll be expected to complete basic repairs across associated trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Typical duties include:

Patch plastering and full-room skimming
Rendering and general plaster repairs
Basic carpentry, tiling and decorating repairs
Making good following repair works
Working within occupied social housing properties
Delivering excellent customer service when working in tenants' homesRequirements

Proven experience as a Plasterer
Ability to carry out basic repairs across multiple trades
Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience is highly desirable
Relevant qualifications beneficial but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Own van and tools required
Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Mansfield
Able to work independently and manage workload effectivelyWhat's on Offer?
