We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a project working on student accommodation near Loughborough.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for immediate work, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and decorating works to ensure rooms and communal areas are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities:

Internal painting and decorating works
Preparation of surfaces including filling and sanding
Emulsion and gloss work
Snagging and finishing tasks
Working efficiently to programme deadlines
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
Own tools and transport preferred
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
