What you'll be doing
Delivering Electrical Building Services design
Surveying and Reports
Working across new-build, refurbishment and warehouse conversion projects
Producing calculations, specifications and technical design information
Supporting projects through detailed design and delivery
Coordinating with Mechanical and wider project teams
Contributing to technically demanding live projectsWhat we're looking for
Strong Electrical Building Services design experience
A consultancy or engineering design background
Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or logistics projects
Strong technical design capabilities
Confidence working within multidisciplinary project teams
Experience across refurbishment or new-build projects would be beneficialThe opportunity
This is an initial 6-month contract, paying £40 to £50 per hour Outside IR35, with a start date towards the end of September.
You'll get exposure to a varied portfolio rather than one repetitive project type, with work spanning new facilities, existing building refurbishments and major warehouse conversions.
