Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of aluminium light boxes, working at a bench and using a variety of power tools to screw and fix metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling aluminium light boxes to specification
Working on a bench using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers)
Reading and following technical drawings or instructions
Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in an assembly or production role
Confident using power tools
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
