The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with ASD, helping them stay focused, access the curriculum, and build confidence in their learning. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individualised support, encourage positive behaviour, and develop the child's social and emotional skills. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, adaptable, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning. Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
