Westin Par Recruitment Experts are recruiting for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join an established bespoke joinery and manufacturing business in the Canterbury area.

• Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for joinery estimating, pricing tenders and quotations, and supporting projects through to contract handover.
• This role is ideal for an experienced Joinery Estimator with a genuine manufacturing background, strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and cabinet making, and the ability to produce accurate, commercially competitive estimates to tight deadlines.

Key requirements
• Previous estimating experience within a manufacturing joinery or similar business.
• Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and cabinet making.
• Experience preparing joinery tenders, quotations and cost estimates.
• Ability to interpret client briefs, drawings and specifications.
• Experience pricing variations would be advantageous.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Experience within commercial interiors or fit-out would be beneficial.
