About the role
Sytner Leicester BMW/MINI is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Trainee Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team.
As a Trainee Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by managing vehicle records, processing sales and registration paperwork and other ad-hoc admin duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Department and many members of the wider team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to the sales team whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from the rest of the dealership.
Sytner Sales Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our Sales Team with the highest possible levels of service. The working pattern for this position is 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required as full training will be provided.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, highly pressurised environment and we are open to school leavers who are looking for a career in the Motor Trade
Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have obtained GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects, English, Maths and 1 other subject as a threshold level of qualification
