Building Host

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Building Host on behalf of a leading property management organisation. Based at Wythenshawe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and customer-focused team within a modern office environment.

The successful candidate will be the face of the building, providing an exceptional experience for visitors and tenants while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet visitors and tenants, providing a professional first impression.
Manage reception duties including answering and transferring calls.
Build positive relationships with tenants and deliver outstanding customer service.
Carry out daily building and reception area checks, maintaining high presentation standards.
Liaise with cleaning, maintenance and security teams.
Assist with visitor management and tenant communications.
Support the Building Manager with administration, filing and general office duties.
Maintain tenant contact records and assist with building compliance activities, including fire tests and planned evacuations.
Take ownership of the reception and lobby areas, ensuring they remain welcoming and well-presented at all times.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within reception, front of house, hospitality, retail or customer service.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Professional, personable and confident communicator.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
A positive, proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond for tenants and visitors.
This is a permanent, full time role paying a salary of £28,000. Some flexibility may be needed for working hours.
