Location: London Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission Realistic First Year OTE: £40,000-£60,000+ Excellent Long-Term Earning Potential

What You'll Be Doing

Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying business opportunities and winning new accounts
Sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Providing exceptional service to clients and candidates
Achieving and exceeding sales targetsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, telesales, or customer-facing sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence when speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
