The Opportunity
An established and growing property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join its team, covering planned bathroom refurbishments across Hampshire.
The company specialises in plumbing and heating services and works closely with housing associations and local borough councils, carrying out high-quality work in customers' homes.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for consistent Monday–Friday work, no construction sites, and a genuine opportunity to develop their career.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for completing bathroom installations and refurbishments from start to finish, including:
* Bathroom strip-outs and preparation
* Installing baths, showers, sinks, toilets and other sanitaryware
* Copper pipework and plumbing
* Bathroom panelling
* Sealing, finishing and snagging
* Leaving work areas clean and tidy
* Working professionally in occupied properties
* Completing work to a high standard
This is a customer-facing role working in occupied properties, so good communication and professionalism are just as important as your practical skills.
There is no construction site work involved.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Bathroom Fitter
* Strong bathroom installation and refurbishment experience
* Good copper pipework experience
* The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
* Good communication skills and a professional approach
* Experience working in occupied properties
Panelling experience is desirable but not essential.
