Key Responsibilities
* Lead property compliance programmes across a varied estate.
* Manage statutory inspections, audits, testing and remedial works.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
* Develop and improve compliance reporting systems and processes.
* Maintain accurate compliance records and audit readiness.
* Provide advice and assurance to senior management on compliance risks.

About You
* Extensive experience within property compliance, facilities management or building safety.
* Strong knowledge of fire, asbestos, gas, electrical and water hygiene compliance.
* Experience managing compliance contractors and service providers.
* Ability to interpret legislation and implement practical compliance solutions.
* IOSH, NEBOSH or relevant professional qualifications are highly desirable
