Opening and maintaining matters, carrying out AML and compliance checks and keeping LEAP records updated
Supporting residential transactions with searches, contract packs, forms, completion statements, SDLT submissions and registrations
Communicating with clients, estate agents and other parties throughout the conveyancing process
Helping with client appointments, telephone enquiries and the general administration of the officeWhat we're looking for
At least three years' experience in a Conveyancing Paralegal role
A good understanding of the whole residential conveyancing process, including pre- and post-completion
Strong organisation, attention to detail and professional communication skills
A helpful, flexible approach and the ability to commute easily to BeaconsfieldYou do not need to have personally handled every stage, but you must understand how the complete process fits together. Experience using LEAP would be helpful but is not essential. What's on offer?
