Employability Delivery Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting CFO Evolution programme, supporting individuals with complex needs to move away from offending and towards sustainable employment, education and training.
You will oversee two Activity Hubs in Huddersfield and Leeds, leading a team of up to 18 delivery and support staff and ensuring the service achieves its contractual, quality and performance targets.
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum
Location: Huddersfield & Leeds
You will:
* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Oversee service delivery, contract performance, budgets and operational resources.
* Drive positive participant outcomes, including progression into employment, education and training.
* Build strong relationships with employers, commissioners, referral partners and local stakeholders.
* Monitor performance and financial data to drive effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, audit and data management.
* Identify opportunities to improve and grow the service.
About You
We are looking for an experienced people leader with a strong background in employability, justice, rehabilitation or related services. You will have a proven track record of delivering contractual targets and measurable outcomes, alongside experience managing budgets, resources and performance data.
You will also have:
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Strong stakeholder and partnership-building experience.
* A good understanding of the Justice Sector and barriers faced by individuals with complex needs.
* Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
* The ability to analyse performance and financial information.
* A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach.
