General Operative (CSCS)

Senior Salmon are recruiting experienced Precast Concrete Operatives for a well‑established manufacturing site in Worksop. This is an ongoing role within a busy precast concrete factory, offering long‑term stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a skilled production environment.

Shifts Available
Monday to Friday
• Days: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Pay
£14.00 – £18.20 per hour (overtime rates)

Role Duties

General factory labouring

Setting up and preparing concrete moulds

Casting and pouring concrete units

Operating automated machinery

Manufacturing precast concrete products

Supporting production teams to maintain workflow and quality standards

Requirements

CSCS card (essential)

Previous precast concrete or construction experience

Own transport due to shift times and location (free onsite parking available)

Right to work in the UK
