VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Croydon
Basic Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance and repair work while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
·Completing a variety of service and maintenance operations
·Carrying out assembly operations and repairs efficiently
·Diagnosing and identifying mechanical faults
·Working to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards
·Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
·Providing excellent technical support and advice where required
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Vehicle Technician with:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
·At least 2 years' experience working as a Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
·Strong mechanical and technical skills
·A good understanding of servicing, maintenance and repair procedures
·A current MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential
·Your own tools and toolbox
·A full manual UK Driving Licence, subject to licence checks
·The right to work in the UK
