How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you skilled at following structured processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results?

If so, this could be your next move. We're working confidentially on behalf of an award-winning early careers and diversity recruitment specialist, seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to manage recruitment campaigns and build lasting client relationships. This is not a sales role.

    About the Business

Our client is a well-established, award-winning team specialising in early careers and diversity recruitment. They help employers connect with outstanding graduates, interns and apprentices, and work to make opportunity accessible to everyone. Through strong student networks and partnerships with schools, universities and organisations promoting social mobility, they've built long-standing relationships with an impressive portfolio of household-name clients across a range of industries — many of whom have worked with them for years. At their core, this is a people-first business that acts as a true extension of its clients' teams, celebrating every success together.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client & Stakeholder Management

Own and manage multiple client accounts, acting as primary point of contact
Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and expectations
Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategy, attraction methods and selection processes
Lead client briefing meetings and provide updates on campaign progress with actionable insights
Present weekly reports on campaign performance and recruitment metrics
    Campaign Planning & Attraction Strategy

Design and execute bespoke recruitment campaigns to meet client objectives
Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing content to attract top candidates
Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and conversion
    Candidate Selection & Screening

    Design efficient, tailored selection processes
Conduct high-volume candidate screening and manage virtual interviews
Support clients with assessment centre design and facilitation
    Data, Reporting & Problem-Solving

Track campaign data and maintain accurate records of applications, engagement and conversion
Prepare and present data-driven reports to internal and external stakeholders
Identify innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, driving continuous improvement

    Experience Required

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or account management, ideally within early careers or high-volume recruitment
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes — from attraction and marketing strategy through to selection and client management
Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders, providing consultative advice on recruitment strategy
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Who's Best Suited to the Role

Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive, winning mindset
Client-focused and relationship-oriented, acting as a trusted partner
Organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects accurately and efficiently
Competitive and ambitious, thriving in a target-driven environment
Resilient and adaptable, staying calm under pressure and solving problems quickly
An excellent communicator, confident engaging virtually with clients and candidates
Proactive and innovative, always looking to improve processes
A strong presenter, able to influence client decisions with data-driven insight
Empathetic and candidate-focused, championing a positive experience and DE&I

Office-based four days a week, with one day working from home
Performance-based commission on successful campaign delivery
A vibrant culture with regular team socials and celebratory events
25 days' annual leave plus your birthday off
    Pension scheme with employer contributions
Early 3pm finishes on Fridays throughout the summer
    A fun, collaborative, people-first environment
