We have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Sales & Sales Support based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Internal Sales & Sales Support role
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales & Sales Support
* Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
* Prepare accurate quotations
* Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
* Keep customers informed and resolve queries
* Build strong relationships
* Make proactive customer calls and identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales & Sales Support
* Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and keen to learn
