Key Responsibilities:
Supporting supplier onboarding through documentation reviews, process mapping and initial risk assessments
Contributing to supplier qualification activities, including remote and onsite audits, PPAP reviews and capability assessments
Monitoring supplier performance against PPM, delivery targets and audit findings
Escalating supplier risks and contributing to supplier development plans
Driving corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Supporting customer complaint handling and the resolution of quality issues
Facilitating structured problem-solving activity using 8D, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Tracking quality issues through to closure and maintaining effective supplier relationships
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in supplier quality, supplier development or supplier quality assurance
Practical experience of supplier audits, performance management and continuous improvement
Confidence to challenge suppliers, uphold quality standards and drive measurable improvements
Strong understanding of 8D, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques
Experience of ISO standards and quality management systems
Knowledge of PPAP, process capability assessments and supplier qualification procedures
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and supplier relationship management skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to European suppliers
