How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Data Analyst (Commercial & Marketing Focus) | 6 Month FTC

    £45,000 to £50,000 Pro Rata | Immediate start

    Hybrid - twice a week Southwest London

    We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team on a 6 month fixed term contract, providing cover for a long term absence. This role offers the opportunity to work across European markets, delivering analysis that drives commercial decision making and improves marketing performance.

    You'll be responsible for analysing customer, marketing and commercial performance data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders. Working with SQL, Power BI and AI driven tools, you'll produce insights that help shape business decisions across multiple markets.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical analysis with commercial thinking and wants to make a visible impact from day one.

    What You'll Do

    Analyse commercial and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
    Deliver end to end analysis of marketing campaigns, customer engagement and business performance across European markets.
    Use SQL and Power BI to extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple sources.
    Build dashboards and reports that support decision making across the business.
    Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
    Present findings to both analytical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Support commercial and financial forecasting activities where required.
    Utilise AI tools and modern analytics platforms to improve efficiency and quality of output.

    Key Skills:

    Commercial performance analysis experience
    Stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
    Strong commercial awareness
    Ability to translate data into business recommendations

    Desirable:

    Experience within online gambling, gaming or other digital consumer businesses
    Exposure to AI productivity and analytics tools

    Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract to cover a long term sickness absence. There isn't any opportunity for the role to become permanent. We are looking for someone who is able to start immediately.
