How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    IT Project Manager - WFM

    Hybrid - London 3x Per week

    Competitive Salary + 20% Bonus & Benefits

    Travel: This role includes infrequent, fully expensed travel to Europe.

    We're supporting a global organisation with operations across multiple European markets in the search for a Technology Project Manager. This role will play a key part in delivering business-critical Workforce Management (WFM) and technology transformation projects across Continental Europe.

    The Opportunity

    As Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of WFM initiatives, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement. Working across business and technology teams, you'll ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation of workforce management solutions within a complex multi-site environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead the delivery of Workforce Management and digital transformation projects.
    Manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reporting and governance.
    Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    Ensure successful go-live planning, deployment and hypercare support.
    Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

    Requirements

    Proven experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
    Strong project management background within technology, digital, or operational transformation environments.
    Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
    Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
    Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
    PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
    German language skills are beneficial but not essential. If you have a strong track record of delivering Workforce Management projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you
