RF Product Manager

An RF Product Manager with a proven track record of success within the Defence industry will take responsibility for a range of products in the Electronic Warfare / Counter UAS domains for a thriving Technology Company. Competitive salary, Hybrid working and generous benefits.

Due to the nature of Defence projects you must be a British National eligible for UK Security Clearance.

The successful Product Manager will own the commercial viability of RF products by identifying market opportunities, customer needs and commercial positioning.

As the business expands from its consultancy origins into product development, you will be a key player in this transition and growth by providing guidance and advice on suitable product management frameworks.

The ideal RF Product Manager will bring:

* Proven experience of Product Management within the Defence industry.

* A solid understanding of Modular Electronic Warfare markets as they relate to low-SWAP RF sensing, communications and radar.

* A technical understanding of concepts and technologies in order to engage effectively both internally and with customers.

* Excellent communication skills.
