How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Position: Senior Account & Project Manager (Brand Experience)

    Employment: Full Time | 42.5 hours per week | Hybrid (1 Day Remote)

    Location: London E1

    PURPOSE OF ROLE

    Disrupters of the experiential marketing and live event industry, managing client projects from concept through to delivery.

    Create bold and innovative experiences with a focus on positivity, creativity, ambition and innovation. Servicing brands, agencies and events: a full service strategic, technical and design driven events group managing projects from concept through to delivery.

    We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Senior Account & Project Manager.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    The Senior Account & Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Director with the day-to-day running of the account as well as end-to-end delivery of projects, combining high-level account oversight with precise logistical and production management. As we expand the account there will be times the account director is unavailable or out of the country. You will act as deputy to the Account Director, taking ownership of the account during periods of absence.

    Serve as primary day-to-day client contact on designated projects

    *

    Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions

    *

    Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery and debrief

    *

    Translate creative and strategic intent into deliverable formats, timelines and internal technical briefs

    *

    Build detailed project timelines, call sheets and production plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment

    *

    Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to wider account strategy

    *

    Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery

    *

    Maintain responsibility for managing project budgets, supplier costs, and reconciliation

    *

    Oversee internal team coordination, supplier management, and overall project delivery

    *

    Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to develop and execute ideas that meet client objectives

    *

    Provide senior oversight on creative output to ensure alignment with strategic goals

    *

    Produce pitch decks, visualisations, site plans, and production packs as required

    *

    Provide on-site leadership during live event builds, managing timelines, installations, rehearsals, and strike

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    An experienced producer and Account Manager with strong strategic, commercial and creative instincts and proven project delivery capability. You understand how to bridge the gap between concept and execution, turning big ideas into real-world experiences. You are organised, pragmatic and unflappable under pressure, and you know how to bring people and ideas together to deliver outstanding results.

    This role requires flexibility. You will be expected to travel and be present on-site for live builds, events, de-rigs, and client briefings, including evenings and weekends where necessary.

    Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or project management within the events or experiential industry

    *

    Proven record of managing full end-to-end project delivery

    *

    Strong understanding of event production workflows including build, AV, rigging, logistics and staffing

    *

    Demonstrated experience working with internal creative teams and external suppliers

    *

    Confident budget management and reconciliation skills

    *

    Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

    *

    Strong written and verbal communication

    *

    Resilient, proactive and adaptable problem-solver
