We are recruiting three experienced cleaners with CSCS cards for an ongoing builders-clean project at a high-rise student accommodation development in South Leeds.

* Start date: Monday 14th September
* First day: 7:30am-4:00pm to complete the site induction
* Ongoing hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday onwards
* Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
* Duration: Ongoing work
Duties
* CSCS cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens
* Hoovering and cleaning floors
* Wiping down all surfaces
* Cleaning internal windows
* Removing dust, dirt and construction residue
* Ensuring each plot is ready for other trades to complete their work
* Following instructions and meeting the required cleaning standards
You will initially work alongside an established team, who will explain what is expected at each stage. Once briefed, you must be reliable and able to work independently when required.
Requirements
* You MUST have a CSCS card
* Previous cleaning or builders-clean experience is preferred
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team
* Full PPE: steel-toe safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest and gloves
* The client may provide PPE other than safety boots if required
* No hoodies
* Proper work trousers must be worn
* All-black work clothing is preferred
* Interview will be in Leeds on Thursday afternoon
