Production operative

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives and Packers on behalf of a well-established, high-quality food manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Thursday

Days
Enjoy a 4-day working week with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour
Weekly pay on a Friday

The Role

As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:

Weighing food products and packing them into various sized bags
Sealing, labelling and packaging products
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
Ensuring products meet quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

Ideally have previous food production or manufacturing experience (although this is not essential as full training is provided)
Have your own transport due to the location of the site
Be reliable, punctual and motivated
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be looking for ongoing employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent role
