Have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting.
Have experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs.
Are patient, nurturing and empathetic.
Are confident supporting children on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
Have strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Are adaptable, reliable and resilient.
Are passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
Hold an Enhanced DBS or are happy to apply for one.
