How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Fully Remote ADHD Assessor £125 per assessment | Fully remote | Flexible caseload | Private self-pay service

We are working with a growing private ADHD service looking to add experienced ADHD Assessors to its clinical team.

The service has a clear goal: to make high-quality private ADHD assessments more accessible to patients who may otherwise struggle with the cost of traditional private assessment routes.

As part of a wider, established organisation, the service does not rely solely on the margin generated from individual assessments to operate. This allows it to offer assessments at a significantly lower price to private patients while still investing in the clinicians, technology and governance needed to deliver the service properly.

It is also entirely private and self-pay, rather than dependent on Right to Choose referrals. This means the pathway is not facing the same commercial and commissioning pressures currently affecting many RTC-only services.

    What’s on Offer
    £125 per completed assessment.
    Fully remote working.
Flexible caseload based around your availability.
    Consistent private self-pay referrals.
    Friendly and supportive clinical team.
In-house technology, alongside Heidi, to reduce report-writing and administrative workload.
    Established infrastructure and clinical governance.
A service genuinely focused on making private ADHD assessment more accessible. The Role You will complete adult ADHD assessments remotely within an established clinical pathway.

The service has deliberately invested in its technology and processes to keep unnecessary administration away from clinicians.

You are being paid for your clinical expertise, not for your paperwork.

The aim is to give experienced assessors the information, systems and support they need to focus on the clinical work, while maintaining high standards of assessment and documentation.

    Duties
    Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments.
    Make clear, evidence-based diagnostic decisions.
    Complete concise, high-quality clinical documentation.
Discuss outcomes and appropriate next steps with patients.
Work within the service's clinical governance framework.Experience Required
Professional registration with the GMC, NMC or HCPC.
Previous experience independently conducting ADHD assessments.
Strong understanding of adult ADHD and differential diagnosis.
Confidence working independently within a remote clinical service. This would suit an experienced ADHD Assessor looking for flexible clinical work within a service taking a slightly different approach to the private market: lowering the financial barrier for patients while making the clinician experience as straightforward as possible.
