Key Duties
Supply Teachers will be expected to:
Lead the class confidently throughout the school day
Deliver lessons using plans and resources provided
Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom atmosphere
Use effective behaviour management strategies
Differentiate activities where appropriate to meet pupil needs
Support children's academic, social and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff
Provide feedback to the school following an assignment where required
Who We're Looking For
The successful candidates will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
A secure understanding of the primary curriculum
Strong classroom management and communication skills
The flexibility to work across different year groups and settings
A reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
A genuine commitment to children's education and safeguarding
Experienced Primary Teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply.
