Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialist skin treatments
Conduct scans and provide personalised skincare consultations.
Lead product masterclasses and educate clients on effective skincare routines.
Promote and retail the clinic's skincare range, alongside partner brands.
Provide a first-class customer experience, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care for clientele.
Ensure treatment rooms and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards at all times.The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience performing facials and skincare treatments within a retail, clinic, or luxury beauty environment.
A Beauty Therapy Level 3 qualification.
Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident in building rapport with clients and recommending suitable products and treatments.
