Aspire People are recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and have more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils
* Supporting pupils with SEND, learning difficulties, and additional needs
* Assisting with planning and delivering learning activities
* Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and curriculum-based interventions
* Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience
* Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress
* Supporting classroom routines and maintaining an inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
* Has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school
* Has experience supporting pupils across the primary age range
* Has a strong understanding of classroom support and pupil development
* Is confident supporting pupils with SEND
* Has excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
* Is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping pupils succeed
