A leading UK mid cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team.
The fund has been established a number of years and has made a series of very successful investments in businesses across a range of sectors.
They are a generalist investor looking for well managed and already successful businesses.
The role:
- Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
- Origination of new deals in businesses
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
- Portfolio Management work
They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:
- Investment professionals from other private equity funds
- Associates from investment banks and elite boutiques
- Great UK deal experience
- The role is probably suited to someone with 4-8 years work experience with a strong UK investing deal background
