How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Reward Partner – FMCG / Manufacturing

    Northern Ireland (On-site)

    Up to £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus

    About the Role:

Are you a hands-on, forward-thinking Reward professional ready to take true ownership of a compensation and reward agenda? We are partnering with a premier, multi-site manufacturing business in Northern Ireland to recruit a strategic yet delivery-focused Reward Partner.

Reporting directly to the Head of Reward & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a competitive, compliant, and engaging reward proposition. Working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and executive leaders, you will lead core reward cycles, drive governance (SOX), and deliver critical projects like job architecture frameworks and pension consolidation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Annual Cycles: Lead end-to-end delivery of Annual Salary Review (ASR) and Bonus Cycles, including system configuration and stakeholder comms.

    • Benchmarking & Job Architecture: Execute robust market data analysis to ensure competitive pay positioning and continuously refine job levelling frameworks.

    • Governance & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with reward legislation, external audit, equal pay standards, and internal SOX controls.

    • Strategic Partnering & Insights: Provide data-driven compensation advice to senior leaders; analyse trends, bonus accruals, cost modelling, and executive reporting packs.

    • Project Delivery: Lead key reward transformation initiatives, including pension governance and consolidation.

    • Team Leadership: Line manage and mentor a Reward Advisor to drive team capability.

    Your Skills & Experience:

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in dedicated Reward or HR roles with a strong reward bias (FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site experience highly desirable).

    • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, job levelling, equal pay legislation, and pension frameworks.

    • Systems & Data: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience using enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP / SuccessFactors).

    • Analytical Mindset: Excellent capability in converting complex data into commercial, actionable business insights.

    • Qualifications: Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or CIPD Level 5/7 (Desirable).
