How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Location:  Mill Hill, London

Employment Type:  Full-Time (Work from Home Fridays)

    Salary:  £ 40,000

    About the role

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our creative department as part of our in-house team.

We are based in North London and operate a portfolio of brands with a wide variety of products that sell across major online marketplaces — Amazon in particular — as well as other retailers across the UK. We’ve been running for nearly 10 years and are expanding rapidly!

We are looking for someone who can help our current team develop how those brands look, feel and communicate to our customers online. This is a hands-on creative role focused on how our products show up on the digital shelf — from Amazon listing imagery and A+ Content to advertising, storefronts and product launches.

    Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has a strong eye for commercial design — not just to make things look pretty, but someone who understands how visual tweaks can help a product sell better on a marketplace.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Strong Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills
    • Experience creating eCommerce and digital marketing assets (Amazon experience a big plus)
    • A solid understanding of what makes a product listing convert — hero images, infographics, lifestyle shots and A+ Content
    • Good typography, layout and colour skills
    • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
    • The ability to take a brief and develop creative ideas independently
    • Comfort working with fast-moving projects

    What you’ll be working on

You’ll work closely with our creative and eCommerce teams across a wide variety of projects, including:

    • Amazon product listing imagery — hero images, infographics and lifestyle photography direction
    • A+ Content, Brand Stores and enhanced listing pages
    • Digital advertising and marketing assets — Sponsored Brands, social and display
    • Product mock-ups and image editing
    • Brand development and visual identity across our marketplace presence
    • Product launches and new product concepts
    • Developing and improving existing creative based on product performance

Experience designing for Amazon or another eCommerce marketplace would be a huge advantage.
