As HR Advisor, you’ll join the EMEA HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle, partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to projects that shape the employee experience. Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support Employee Relations and Performance Management cases across EMEA.
- Manage monthly payroll and ensure legislative compliance.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, processes and systems.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency across the business.
- Provide HR data and insights to support decision-making.
- Lead recruitment and support a seamless onboarding process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor/generalist across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment legislation.
- Professional services or creative industry experience desirable.
- Confident using HR systems; Oracle experience is a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, people-focused and passionate about improving the employee experience.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.
