HR Administrator is needed to support a leading technology-communication provider.
Your new role
We have the opportunity of a HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Newbury (2 days onsite). The team works on hybrid working basis.
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Daily rate: £200.00 a day Umbrella (inside IR35)
- Hours: 37.5 hours
Role Purpose
As a HR Administrator, you will be providing critical admin support across a range of HR activities, with particular focus on employee data management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and process improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or a similar HR role.
- Experience maintaining employee records, trackers and HR documentation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain large volumes of employee data.
- Experience or knowledge of TUPE or Employee Liability Information (ELI)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
