Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger drinks brands.
Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is now looking to hire a Creative Strategist to take ownership of their Performance Creative Ads across Meta, TikTok & YouTube.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, female founder-led business where Direct Response / Performance Marketing sits at the heart of the growth strategy and where you'll have genuine ownership, autonomy and influence.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️4+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing roles.
⭐️Proven hands-on expertise managing Meta Ads at scale, with experience across TikTok & YouTube highly advantageous.
⭐️Experience working with significant Paid Media budgets (£250k-£1m+ per month).
⭐️Strong track record of scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands through Paid Social, ideally within a high-growth consumer business.
⭐️Commercially minded, highly analytical and passionate about using data to drive growth.

⭐️Competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
